Among the panelists are the SCC Arbitrators’ Council members:
- Beata Gessel-Kalinowska vel Kalisz
- Daiga Zivtina
- Mathias Steino
- Amund Torum
- Aigoul Kenjebaeva
- Pirkka-Marja Pöldvere
- Cosmin Vasile
- Alexander Foerster
The event will be moderated by Robin Oldenstam and Natalia Petrik.
The SCC East-West Forum was founded in 2021 and reflects the SCC’s long-standing experience with the East-West disputes. The Forum is a meeting place for the arbitral practitioners working with the disputes related to Eastern Europe and CIS. Each event of the series includes discussion of arbitral developments in the region and provides insights into the career of an international arbitrator.
The video-recording of the Forum will be made available in the course of the SCC Digital Week.
