Swedish Arbitrator Training Program for young arbitrators
Interested in a career as an arbitrator? Would you like to sit as an arbitrator in an SCC arbitration? Apply to the eight edition of the Arbitrator Training Program (mainly in Swedish), arranged by the Swedish Arbitration Association (SAA) in cooperation with the SCC Arbitration Institute, and you will get the opportunity to deep dive into the art of being an arbitrator.
During 12 interactive workshop seminars lead by leading Swedish and international arbitration specialists, the participants will develop their skills in arbitration and strengthen their professional network. The seminars will cover a wide range of topics including, but not limited to, the role of the arbitration institute, the arbitration agreement and jurisdiction issues, expedited arbitration, bankruptcy related issues, taking of evidence and drafting the arbitral award.
