Stockholm Treaty Lab is a global innovation competition which crowdsources law for a better climate. The competition was initiated 2017 by the SCC Arbitration Institute and was concluded in 2018. Stockholm  Treaty Lab celebrated in New York 

At the New York conference organized by Columbia University’s Center on Sustainable Investment, the two commended teams presented the main ideas behind their model treaties to an audience of investment law specialists, academics and state representatives.

Stockholm Treaty Lab at the Paris Peace Forum

An initiative of French President Emmanuel Macron, the Paris Peace Forum is an annual event that brings together actors of global governance to strengthen multilateralism and international cooperation. SCC Secretary General Annette Magnusson and SCC Legal Counsels Anja Havedal Ipp and Sukma Andrina presented Stockholm Treaty Lab at the Forum as a potential solution in the environment category.

Stockholm Treaty Lab at COP 24

The SCC and the Stockholm Treaty Lab took part in International Chamber of Commerce’s Business and Industry Day at COP 24. Representatives of the commended teams, Lourdes Sanchez from the Creative Disrupters and Amelia Keene from Team Innovate shared the main ideas behind their model treaties.
