SCC contributes to newly released book on Nordic arbitration

The inaugural Nordic Commercial Arbitration Forum convened in Stockholm on 11 March 2025 and now continues through the newly released book: Nordic Commercial Arbitration Forum 2025 – Nordic Arbitration: A Strategic Choice for Business. SCC releases new report “Settlements in cases administered under the SCC Rules”

The SCC has published a new report titled “Settlements in cases administered under the SCC Rules”. The report, co-authored by Jake Lowther, Raoul J. Sievers, and Joakim Raivio, provides an in-depth analysis of settlement patterns in arbitrations conducted under the SCC Arbitration Rules and the SCC Expedited Arbitration Rules between 2021 and 2023.
