Now in its 14th year brings together leading arbitrators, counsel and institutional representatives from around the world for a full day of discussion on the issues shaping the future of dispute resolution.
This year’s programme spans five panels, covering rule reform and procedural innovation, AI and the digital arbitration process, geopolitics and investment arbitration, complex commercial disputes and funding, and a closing quick-fire round.

SCC Legal Counsel Emma Garrett will join Panel 1, “The Future of Arbitral Institutions: Rule Reform and Procedural Innovation“, taking place from 9.30 to 10.45.
Moderated by David Herlihy SC (A&O Shearman/President of Arbitration Ireland), the panel brings together Emma Garrett of the SCC Arbitration Institute alongside Thomas M. Ventrone Esq. of the AAA-ICDR and Robert Davidson, Executive Director of JAMS, for a discussion on how leading arbitral institutions are reforming their rules and procedures to meet the demands of modern international disputes.
