A breakfast roundtable discussion with CIETAC and SCC Arbitration Institute.

Date: 02 December 2026

SCC Arbitration Institute (SCC) and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) warmly invite you to express your interest in joining a breakfast round-table discussion on Chinese and Nordic perspectives on international arbitration.

How do procedural expectations shape the way counsel present their cases and arbitrators conduct proceedings? Where might approaches differ, and how can those differences be addressed constructively?

Join representatives of CIETAC and SCC for a moderated conversation on case management and practical choices that support fair and efficient proceedings. The round-table format offers an opportunity to exchange experiences, ask questions and contribute your own perspective throughout the discussion.
