As transactions become more interconnected, so do the disputes that arise from them, and arbitral institutions and practitioners are increasingly called upon to navigate multiple parties, multiple contracts, and the jurisdictional puzzles that follow.

The Milan Chamber of Arbitration’s 17th CAM Annual Conference, titled Arbitration in the Multiverse of Madness: Navigating the chaos of multi-party and multi-contract proceedings, brings together leading arbitration practitioners to explore these challenges from both civil and common law perspectives.

SCC Vice Chairperson Crina Baltag will join the panel Multi-contract arbitration: Aligning interconnected disputes, discussing the procedural and jurisdictional questions that arise when a single arbitration draws together disputes from multiple, interrelated contracts.

The conference runs from 09.00 to 16.00, followed by a social event from 19.00 to 23.00.
