Dispute Resolution from a practical viewpoint: The launch of the SCC Arbitration Rules in Romanian
This seminar will provide insight into dispute resolution, and the impact of the SCC Rules both internationally and within Romania. Sweden and the SCC have been a trusted choice for dispute resolution for eastern European companies since the late 70’s. Romanian companies have since long turned to the SCC with their disputes. Now, the SCC Rules are available in Romanian.

We look forward to an engaging discussion on the practice and evolution of arbitration in Romania.
