Global South Alternative Dispute Resolution Thirunaal/Day (GSADRT/D)

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, GSADRT/D returns as one of the most distinctive platforms for advancing arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) dialogue across the Global South. The conference is convened under the auspices of the Global South Alternative Dispute Resolution (GSADR) Alliance, a collaborative network of practitioners, institutions, and thought leaders committed to strengthening arbitration and ADR frameworks in emerging and developing regions.

SCC at GSADRT/D

Yi Ting Sam, Legal Counsel at the SCC Arbitration Institute, will join the conference as a speaker, contributing SCC’s perspective on the critical question of how arbitral institutions can drive and support the harmonisation of arbitration standards on a global scale.
