About the conference
Kyiv Arbitration Days brings together the international arbitration community to discuss dispute resolution in a war economy. This year’s programme explores defence and security disputes, the assessment of damages, and arbitration’s role in reconstruction, infrastructure and energy projects.
Markian Malskyy joins the discussion
Markian Malskyy, a member of the SCC Arbitrators’ Council and Managing Partner at Arzinger, will speak in the session “Military Arbitration: Defence & Security Disputes”. His contribution will address how arbitration can effectively resolve disputes arising from defence procurement, military technology and cross-border supply agreements.
Moderated by Erhard Böhm, independent arbitrator at BOEHM ARBITRATION, the session will also examine national security, confidentiality, sanctions and export controls in defence-related arbitration.
Join the discussion and exchange perspectives on the evolving challenges facing international dispute resolution.
