Tallinn Arbitration Day 2026

The SCC Arbitration Institute is proud to partner with the Estonian Arbitration Association for this year's conference, alongside the Swedish Arbitration Association, the Estonian Bar Association, the Finland Arbitration Institute and the Arbitration Association of Central and Eastern Europe.

SCC’s participation

SCC Specialist Counsel Jake Lowther and SCC Arbitrators’ Council member Carri Ginter will sit on the jury for ArbVoices, the conference’s platform for bold new ideas in arbitration from emerging voices in the field. They will judge the ArbVoices finalists alongside Jason Fry KC (Clifford Chance), Małgorzata Surdek-Janicka (SURDEK Arbitration), and Svenja Wachtel (The Quality Group).

About the conference

The day is set to include a keynote address, panel discussions, and a series of ArbVoices finalist speeches culminating in a live vote and results session, alongside a dedicated session from the Finland Arbitration Institute.

The evening before, on 7 October, VIAC hosts a session on tribunal selection from a Baltic and CEE perspective.
