Please join us for the Swedish Arbitration Days, on 23-24 January 2025 in Stockholm and at the “SCC Afterwork, Wine or not?” on the eve of the conference, 22 January 2024.
Join us for the Swedish Arbitration Days 2025 – a 1.5-day international conference organised by the Swedish Arbitration Association and proudly supported by the SCC Arbitration Institute.
The conference is held at the Grand Hotel in Stockholm, followed by a festive Gala Dinner in the iconic Stockholm City Hall, the historical venue of the Nobel Prize ceremonies.

Six panels with practitioners from all around the world will discuss the topic from different angles, all relevant to the practice of international arbitration. Can you FIND the information and how to obtain digital evidence? Can you USE the information, including personal information? Can you HANDLE the information and what are the challenges of working with massive volumes of evidentiary materials? Can you TRUST the information and how to deal with deep fakes from counsel’s and arbitrator’s perspective? Can you HIDE the information and is it an option to remain silent?
These questions and many more will be discussed and answered during the 2025 Swedish Arbitration Days.
