SCC Rules

The SCC Rules are modern and flexible and give the parties and the arbitrators means to form an effective procedure adapted for the individual case. The rules provide for a procedure in line with the best practices in international arbitration.

The SCC offers services for dispute resolution in commercial business, for example arbitration, expedited arbitration, mediation, and SCC Express.

You will find current and previous versions of the rules on this site.

The new SCC Rules will enter into force on 1 January 2025.

English is the original drafting language of the rules, and the English version shall prevail in case of inconsistency or conflict between the different language versions.
