Statistics on challenges to arbitration awards - Launch of Westerberg Arbitration Tracker 2025

Date: 10 March 2025

Time: 16.00–18.00

Location: Stockholm / online

Westerberg & Partners will give a seminar on the eve of the Nordic Commercial Arbitration Forum, where they will present the Westerberg Arbitration Tracker 2025. The tracker offers findings on the nationalities of parties appearing in SCC-administered cases and challenge proceedings before Swedish courts during 2014-2024 as well as an update on challenges to arbitration awards during 2024.

The seminar will also feature a panel discussion on arbitration involving Nordic parties in Sweden, featuring SCC Deputy Secretary General Madeleine Thörn.

The panel will consider if Sweden is an attractive arbitration forum for Danish, Norwegian, and Finnish parties. The panel consists of representatives from the four largest arbitration institutions in the Nordics.

The panel discussion will be followed by an interactive Q&A session.
