GIAC Arbitration Days in Tbilisi
The SCC Arbitration Institute is pleased to announce its participation in this year’s GIAC Arbitration Days in Tbilisi. As part of the programme, the SCC and the Georgian International Arbitration Centre (GIAC) will co-host a dedicated workshop on Fast track to justice at the GIAC and SCC: Emergency arbitration and other ways to quickly resolve a dispute.

This side event will focus on the mechanisms available to parties who require swift and effective relief in arbitration. The discussion will cover the use of emergency arbitration as well as other procedural tools designed to provide timely solutions in urgent cases. By drawing on the experiences of both GIAC and SCC, the workshop will highlight practical insights and comparative perspectives on how institutions can facilitate fast-track justice in international arbitration.
The session will bring together leading experts from practice and academia, who will share their views on recent trends, case examples, and the strategic considerations for parties seeking expedited dispute resolution.
