Since 2013, SCC has been administering its cases electronically, and in 2019, it transitioned to managing all cases on the SCC Platform. The latest innovation, the online Request for Arbitration form, is designed to be cybersecure, efficient, reliable, and user-friendly. It aims to streamline the initiation of arbitration proceedings by reducing the reliance on email and ensuring that all communications reach only authorized persons.
