Swedish Arbitration Portal is facilitated by SCC Arbitration Institute.

The project’s mission is to increase transparency in arbitration by making Swedish case law more accessible to the international community.

The Portal offers a wide range of decisions allowing users to see the evolution of Swedish case law.
