China High-level Dialogue on Maritime and Commercial Arbitration
The China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC) presents the China High-level Dialogue on Maritime and Commercial Arbitration. This event is one of the largest-scale arbitration conferences in mainland China, offering an agenda designed to foster the exchange of knowledge and best practices in arbitration. The event aims to facilitate informative discussions on substantive legal issues in maritime and commercial arbitration.
This year, our Secretary General Caroline Falconer will be one of the speakers in a panel discussion on hot issues in international arbitration. This part of the agenda is planned at 14.00-15.00 (UTC+8).
