Meet the SCC: Roschier Disputes Index 2024
Listen to SCC Deputy Secretary General Madeleine Thörn discuss the findings of the Roschier Disputes Index 2024 and in particular the implications for the current and future users of SCC services.
Discover the key trends in Nordic corporate dispute resolution at the launch of the Roschier Disputes Index. The report is based on interviews with representatives of many of the largest companies in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The latest results are compared with those from the previous decade, providing a unique insight into the long-term trends in the Nordic dispute resolution market.
The key findings will be presented by Roschier's Annika Pynnä Lindskog, and the event will be chaired by Roschier's Aapo Saarikivi.
Following the presentation, a panel of experts in the field will discuss the trends revealed by the research, as well as other topical issues related to commercial dispute resolution.
