The SCC is proud to launch the SCC Rules in Serbian at a Conference on Dispute Resolution in Serbia, generously hosted by Nikčević Kapor Law Office in Belgrade and DLA Piper in Stockholm. The conference is supported by the Serbian Arbitration Association and Nordic Business Alliance.
On 14 June, we will delve into the specific features of the SCC Rules and explore how they ensure efficient arbitrations. Join us for an afternoon focused on Dispute Resolution in Serbia in general and arbitration under the SCC Rules in particular. We will cover topics such as the needs of the business community, the differences between the SCC and other institutions, and dispute resolution “the Swedish way”.
