The SCC Arbitration Institute is committed to improving its services and staying close to the needs of users. To this end, the SCC has sent out a survey to more than 500 recipients in October 2024, targeting participants in concluded arbitrations and other dispute resolution methods from 2023.

The survey aims to gather valuable insights and feedback, allowing the SCC to continue enhancing its user-friendly, innovative, and cost-efficient approach.
