She holds an LL.M. cum laude from Stockholm University and an LL.M. in international dispute resolution from King’s College London. In addition, Caroline Falconer is one of the founders of SWAN (Swedish Women in Arbitration Network), and president for the Swedish Company Lawyers’ Association.
"I could not be more honored to be appointed to lead this world class arbitration institute. I look forward to developing this further, and for the SCC Arbitration Institute services to become the preferred dispute resolution methods across an even wider range of companies," says Caroline Falconer.
“With her experience and expertise in dispute resolution, we are confident that Caroline will continue to improve the SCC Arbitration Institute and enhance the level of services offered to its users. In turn, this will facilitate international trade and improve the business climate to foster sustainable growth”, says Andreas Hatzigeorgiou, CEO of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
Caroline Falconer will succeed Kristin Campbell-Wilson, who has been with the SCC Arbitration Institute for ten years.
“I would like to thank Kristin Campbell-Wilson for her long and loyal service. Her drive and experience have contributed to the further strengthening of our world leading arbitration institute”, says Andreas Hatzigeorgiou.
