SCC and ICDR sign Cooperation Agreement
On 6 February 2023, the SCC Arbitration Institute (SCC) and the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ISDR) signed a Cooperation Agreement aiming to advance arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

The cooperation will also include sharing of information and publications, recommendations of professionals suitable as arbitrators or mediators, and the provision of technical advice wherever possible.
The agreement was signed by Eric P. Tuchmann, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and SCC Deputy Secretary General Natalia Petrik.
We are convinced that strong ties between foreign arbitration institutions facilitates the advancement and promotes peaceful dispute resolution, and look forward to fruitful cooperation with ICDR.
