On 31 May 2023, the SCC Arbitration Institute (SCC) and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw (SAKIG) signed a Cooperation Agreement aiming to advance arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

The cooperation will also include sharing of information and publications, recommendations of professionals suitable as arbitrators or mediators, and the provision of technical advice wherever possible. The agreement also encompasses collaboration on conferences, seminars, and trainings.
The agreement was signed by Agnieszka Durlik, Director General of SAKIG, and SCC Secretary General Caroline Falconer.
The SCC is convinced that strong ties between foreign arbitration institutions facilitate the advancement and promote peaceful dispute resolution and look forward to fruitful cooperation with SAKIG.
