Innovating Justice: The Rise of AI in International Arbitration
At an interactive hybrid event hosted by Reed Smith, you will get the chance to delve into the transformative role of artificial intelligence in reshaping the arbitration landscape. This includes activities such as Q&A sessions, mini debates by Reed Smith Lawyers. In-House Counsel Event
The PAW Board is hosting two panel discussions tailored for in-house counsel. The first panel focuses on steps in-house counsel should take when a dispute arises, while the second panel goes behind the scenes and into the appointment of arbitrators by arbitral institutions. Madeleine will speak about how arbitrators are appointed at the SCC and share statistics, including diversity aspects, of appointments in SCC cases.
