In recent years, Armenia has made significant strides in establishing arbitration as a reliable option for resolving commercial disputes. However, challenges remain in developing the infrastructure and expertise needed for a mature arbitration ecosystem. The AMCA-SCC partnership seeks to bridge these gaps by promoting efficient and effective arbitration practices that meet international standards.

"Open dialogue between arbitral institutions is crucial as our world becomes increasingly interconnected," said Caroline Falconer, SCC Secretary General. "At the SCC, we are proud to support an arbitral institution like AMCA, which has achieved remarkable progress in a short period. We look forward to working together to help AMCA become a trusted choice for fair and efficient dispute resolution in the region."

Tatevik Matinyan, Director and Secretary General of the AMCA, shared: “The SCC is a pioneer in alternative dispute resolution, known for its innovative, user-friendly and cost-effective arbitration processes. We are delighted to collaborate with the SCC to promote and strengthen alternative dispute resolution in our region."

The AMCA and SCC are committed to making arbitration the preferred choice for businesses in Armenia, Sweden, and beyond. This collaboration marks a significant step towards a more globally aligned arbitration landscape.
