This group of experienced professionals will play a key role in supporting the SCC’s case-related decisions under the SCC Rules while strengthening our position as a leader in international dispute resolution. With their extensive expertise and fresh perspectives, we are confident they will make a significant contribution to the SCC’s work in 2025 and beyond.

Samantha J. Rowe is partner at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, specialising in international arbitration and public international law. She represents clients across industries and is recognised for her work on ESG issues. Admitted to practice in both England & Wales and New York, she is also listed in Chambers Global and Legal 500.

Christina Waering is Head of Legal Non-Life Insurance at LF (Länsförsäkringar), Sweden’s largest insurer. Since 2014, Christina leads a strong, dynamic in-house dispute resolution team which involves litigation and arbitration for LF companies and its corporate insureds. In addition, Christina has long and significant experience in dispute resolution including international arbitration from over 20 years as a lawyer at Swedish Law Firm Setterwalls.

Shirin Saif, partner at Roschier, focuses on international dispute resolution, particularly in technology-related cases. She acts as counsel and arbitrator in sectors such as telecommunications, construction, and pharmaceuticals. Known for her proactive approach, she is recognized by Chambers Global and Legal 500.

Sandra Kaznova is partner at Hammarskiöld and co-head of the Dispute Resolution team, with extensive experience in arbitration, Swedish court litigation and mediation. Sandra is experienced in handling high-stakes disputes for multinational clients, frequently appointed arbitrator and ranked by Chambers Global and Legal500 Power List Nordics.
