Istanbul Arbitration Week 2024

Istanbul Arbitration Week aims to bring together arbitrators, lawyers, academics, and arbitration experts from all over the world.  

ISTAW 2024’s panels will follow a dynamic format and foster an open discussion forum regarding the future of international arbitration. They will shed light on new arbitration techniques, focus on developments and evolving interpretations and views, and discuss the best practices for international arbitration in the new virtual reality.  

Vilnius Arbitration Day 2024

Join us in Lithuania as we delve into the theme of "Arbitration in Turbulent Times." This conference will explore the profound effects of sanctions, wars, and corruption on the arbitration process. Key discussions will include: 

China High-level Dialogue on Maritime and Commercial Arbitration

This year, our Secretary General Caroline Falconer will be one of the speakers in a panel discussion on hot issues in international arbitration. This part of the agenda is planned at 14.00-15.00 (UTC+8).

SAA Annual General Meeting 2024

Following the meeting, there will be a launch event for the book "Högkvalitativa skiljeförfaranden i Sverige," summarising the first five reports from the SAA Arbitration Reports project, started in April 2022 to enhance Swedish arbitration. SCC Secretary General Caroline Falconer and SCC Head of Quality Evelina Wahlström have contributed to the book.
